When will layoffs start?

The last four layoffs came the first week in December. They will announce right after Thanksgiving. You will all be asked to sit home and wait for a conference call or your Regional Director will call and let you know if you are still employed. Get your resumes out. Pfizer, Takeda, Regeneron, Celgene and Genzyme are hiring right now.

Do not be foolish and think because of the town hall conference call that all is well at Galderma. They have a bloated salesforce, lack of a pipeline (especially Rx), are way off their profit goals, and have been lying to Nestle about the number of prescriptions/profitability they will bring in this year. The leadership team is scrambling to protect themselves..which means they are throwing the salesforce under the bus. Good luck. Keep all your options open. You have been warned.
