Most likely the case. I was wondering why we (Lilly) decided to stop providing lunches for virtual interactions. Upper Management most likely observed reps getting fired or disciplined for falsifying documents and decided to keep “reps safe” by discontinuing virtual lunches. Sounds like a HR issue.
We always act with an abundance of caution which ultimately stifles our ability to “accelerate” be “innovative” and “deliver”.
I’m not sure why-it’s not like cheating on expense reports….or is it?If anyone reused a sign in sheet - they should be fired.
