Getting word field employees are being fired over incorrect TOV while they were in the virtual environment for reusing sign in sheets. Is this true? Can anyone provide insight?
 


















It amazes me how Lilly continues to look for any little thing to get rid of reps. Yet recently, reps have reported some managers for doing fraudulent activity and HR does nothing to the manager. What a terrible company to work for.

Most likely the case. I was wondering why we (Lilly) decided to stop providing lunches for virtual interactions. Upper Management most likely observed reps getting fired or disciplined for falsifying documents and decided to keep “reps safe” by discontinuing virtual lunches. Sounds like a HR issue.

We always act with an abundance of caution which ultimately stifles our ability to “accelerate” be “innovative” and “deliver”.

What is the “crime” if the same people are in the lunch both times? I left Lilly years ago and cannot imagine what a headache it is with everything going on now. How does this all work (or not)? Just interested if current text could explain to me/device rep now.
