My prediction is that there will be about 40% vacancy in pharma Salesforce by the national meeting. 60-70% gone shortly thereafter.

You guys are so sure of yourselves in landing the Shire positions. You don't think Allergan and Alcon reps are all over that as well? Hell, even all the old Merck, Pfizer, and Abbott reps are being contacted. Shire gets the pick of the litter cause all the eye companies are disastrous right now.

Wow! Good for you! So you managed to answer the questions correctly of "have you launched a drug?" "Do you have ophthalmology experience?" It's really not rocket science to make it thru to an interview with a Shire hiring manager, but go ahead and give yourself a big pat on the back.
