Why the F*uck would you disrupt so many territories before a launch ? None of it makes sense . Move 1 team to another territory , another team to their territory , layoff a territory and then add new reps there .?? What ???

I get a head count reduction , but Jesus this is insane . Hey ...if I was a spy for GSK I would F everything up too. Not a good time to try to keep Symbicort and Bevespi market leaders .

The fact AZ thinks they will have market leadership is ridiculous anyway .
 




The lama/laba class is a dog anyway. Anybody see how Anoro and Stiolto are doing? Terrible! A 3rd to market lama/laba is a joke. Doctors aren't excited about this class at all. They are waiting on triple therapy.
 












As one that got the shaft today, let me say that this is not a one and done.

Diabetes better perform in 2017 otherwise, big cuts.
CV, the same. I am very surpirsed that the CV specialty force was not reduced.
And the folks on the PCP team......Better crank out the Bevespi or you will probably see a 25-30% reduction next year at this time. Especially for those multiple 2 ranked PSS's and DSM's.

In AZ's future, there will be little need for sunglasses.

Qtr 1 , the next round willl happen for they paid high money for a RST team that does the same as the PCP's. but have no relationships. Let pay the. More and call the "specialist"!

This company has no idea that the relationships were all they had to get Into offices to sell. But most are now gone and if you think the ones that are still here are really getting into offices to sell.... well??? See you after the numbers come out QTR1...

Unfortunately for AZ this is becoming all too real now. These products will never sustain the huge ambitious goal SSLT has set. Eveyone seems to know it but them. AZ will be gone as a company in one year.

regardless you a PCP or RST you got all F ..up... relationships went to hell...our big Napoleon DF is here to F....deep down shit all of us!!!!! hope he is gone before 2017...AZ is always been an amazing company until we started to bring those GSK loooooooooosers.....

You PCP folks east of the Mississippi get the grease back for an EBD. You will wish you got the package. Enjoy 2017.
All of this moving people around to save their miserable job. The EBDs are overpaid paper jockeys who have absolutely no authority to make any major business decisions. Moving them around is only going to delay the inevitable. AZ cannot afford to support this wasteful sales structure any longer. Executive Business Director, HAAAAAHAAAA..... EBD really means, Exceptionally Bad Decisions.
