Why did Mallinckrodt just hire MM as Vice President General Manager of Acute Pain division? Why do we need so many people in senior management? What is this person going to do in between Hugh and JD and SC that isn't already being done? This company is so top heavy it is crazy. This is the epitome of the word SUPERFLUOUS and another million dollar paycheck to feed.

Oh my gosh. So that explains it. We have been racking our brains trying to figure out why the hell this position would be required. Totally explains it. Talk about greasing the palms. It is unbelievable what people get away with.

What the hell is his position going to do that Jim D. Isnt already doing? I bet his salary is at least 750k. And we want this company to be profitable. What a joke. Someone needs to do an expose on Hugh.
 






classic big pharma or maybe they need this new guy to get the outside deals done to gain a second product.
I just hope they finally catch up on the sales contracts so we can collect all the additional revenue from accounts that have lost their volume discounts. That plus a good 12% or so June 1 price increase will really get the revenue churning to bring value to difficult situations so we can become a top tier pharmaceutical company with double digit revenue growth without actually ever inventing a new product.

If they do another price increase this year, I promise you it will seal their fate. They don't need MM at all. There is already a full division looking for new drugs. It was exactly what someone else stated. It is one of Hugh's friends from the "good ole boys club". Yeah, I'll get you a high paying job dude. I'm have you covered."

There is NO REASON to hire another top manager position. Absolutely sick.
 












Nepotism at its finest. I dint ever recall that position being posted. To think of the money this company is going to lay out for this guy and all his moving expenses. Terrible. Just terrible. I agree that someone needs to do an inside investigation on this and how this "hiring process" went down. This is just plain nasty.
 






Let's cut straight to the point. Some of these "leaders" are loathing unethical people.

1. There was absolutely no reason to hire MM as VP and General manger. That is Dipofi's job.
2. SC's position should be eliminated and run solely by JD
3. Hugh needs to be called out on his unethical nepotism ties with SC and MM.
4. Was there a fair posting for the job MM just got?
5. Melon Head needs to go

So true! How did we get stuck with Mike M? No one likes him, he knows nothing about what we do and he is doing JDs job. Stop the insanity!
