Anyone predict our future with all our strong leaders moving to Moderna?

Arpa, Meehan, Bergstedt, Gupta, Cesar, Azrak and now Chantal at Moderna to name just a few.

We are left with the same old useless, one dimensional men and they are positioning themselves as future leaders. What is going on?

Chantal is one of the best leaders I have ever crossed paths with and she is being replaced in Germany with a typical one dimensional failure. Please do more to keep our talent otherwise we are destined for the graveyard

I think if one important, connected person leaves, they inevitably try to take the people they rate. We lost some people so I suspect more will go. Didn’t know Moderna was a big destination for these people
 




It’s a big strategy to eventually merge. We will co partner with them on the cancer vaccine. We are just infiltrating them so post merger it will be all our people

Highly unlikely, Moderna market cap at $80 Billion. Most Merck has spent on any acquisition in last 10 years is $11B. The failed Seagen acquisition was considered huge by Merck at around $30B.

I love following Merck HR “leaders” on LinkedIn- they are out at diversity congresses more than working to add any value in our own company

HR!!!! Who in HR is really talented? Just a bunch of people that move up the ranks as there is no competition

They know a sinking ship when they see one. You're already in the graveyard when you keep useless, inept management like Thomas L. Lyon III in the vaccine division to demoralize reps with useless activities that do nothing to help grow the vaccine business.
 




What Merck vaccine division? There is no pipeline and they all sunk the vaccine ship at Merck. Moderna will sink too.short minded greed

merck has no future except 1 drug-keytruda and what happens when they find a flaw there? All big pharma keep switching to money making specifically products and oncology. The rest have to wait and see every year or 2 why and if they are around.
 




Well we know Vaccine Director Thomas L. Lyon III won't be going to Moderna. He's far from top, more like toxic. He's an example of nepotism gone wrong and how to destroy a positive culture of a region by hiring lapdogs that kiss up to him. It's sad he's still around.
