This kind of INSANE behavior is due to David Ricks and Dave Noesges! How crazy is it that they want want to track us! The sales goals are incredibly ridiculous, what they are doing with medical professionalism is crazy as well! This overreaching behavior by management is going to cause a big mass exodus!! If they think this is going to get Lilly to be the leader in diabetes by 2020, they are greatly mistaken! It's especially going to scare us millennials to greener pastures!

Mass Exodus? But McDonald's already has a surplus of ex-Lilly sales reps. The wait list for burger flippers gets longer everyday.
 




If you are doing your job and documenting your calls when you see customers you have nothing to worry about and if you are faking calls and documenting them when you are not in the office, the mobile iron app on your ipad will continue to reveal your exact whereabouts with time and dates.

Lazy days of staying home and not doing your job is coming to a end so if you don't like idea of having your whereabouts known to your management team and operations, you may want to leave and consider options better suited for your lazy butt.
