1. Horrible goals- seriously? No adjustment for Thanksgiving week! You know you are a bad forecaster when the whole nation tanks in one week, the goals should have been lowered for that week!

2. Where are our target lists? Weren't they supposed to be up today?

3. Marketing team- why is it that we got no pediatric vyvanse brochures during back to school!? What do these marketing people do all day?

Add some more to the list!

1. You raise goals to a territory yearly high in the same quarter to you plan to announce layoffs?

2 Have reps send out customer surveys to survey a rep the will most likely lose in a month anyways. So why even bother?

3. Hire a bunch of new reps this year, only to announce a lay off as soon as they get off the plane from training.

4. Hire Z associates to do what reps have been saying forever. Get rid of forced calls on the low targets and pay on total dirt.
