I have no idea what Stacey's top 1% e-mail was but I can only imagine. Just FYI Stacey if you would have held on to me for 30 more days I would be in your top 1% right now. Remember you said "I was doing everything right?" I only had a handful of clinics in my whole region that would produce the kind of numbers you demanded. I also had small accounts that were seeing more and more ways toxicology testing could help them.

Thank you. Stacey, one more thing. That luncheon I had scheduled to launch toxicology testing. The one my DVP cancelled after he fired me? Oh, he didn't go or send anyone. I had been working on it for three months. I took in lunch out of my own pocket and told them I was no longer with Castle but didn't want to cancel on anyone. I dropped off the lunch and left.

THAT IS BECAUSE I AM IN THE TOP 1%. I AM PROFESSIONAL.

They went to the competition. They were not doing ANY tox testing and now they are. Neither you or I are benefiting from my work. WHY? Because Rob fired me.

perfect. Good for you man. You did the right thing. After I was fired and Rob told me I had ZERO samples in the system, despite boarding a clinic 4 days before and on my last day at castle. So I went to the clinic the next day to make sure they got their results. They had. I told them great, I just wanted to follow up. And then said "by the way, I got fired last week after spending all day with you collecting." I went on to say "that not all companies are for everybody, and castle was not for me and that should in no way influence your decision to use castle." I am guessing Castle has not gotten any more samples from this guys clinics. Nor was I paid commission on those samples.

Stacey, the top one percent will remain the same. Because they are the only people there long enough to actually have samples coming in. Usually those people are somehow connected to a DVP or Rob in some way. So it really is a worthless document. That I have no doubt took you hours to compile.
 
















I am going to disagree a little bit. The people who are able to board right away have great connections already. One person who did well came from a competitor and had already been in the field, one was given accounts to start with, another had worked in the industry for a long time. I started in a new territory, new to toxicology. I am just as good if not better then the others it just took me longer. This is what they do not get.

Actually, this is not true for me. The issues with reporting and turnaround ran rampant during my recent time there. I lost almost all of my accounts due to this issue that NEVER got resolved during my time. All of my accounts were boarded same day or within 3 days.

You are talking about the actual list it sounds like. I don't know who any of them are. Well maybe one. Where is the pride in being given accounts? And then to be trotted out as part of the top 1%. This company could not get any less motivational or ethical.
 








I had heard a lot about that but I never got to the point where I experienced that. I do know my customers complained about not getting certain items with their orders. I also saw people constantly moving up and down the ranking because they would lose an account.

jobs fast...Scott doesn't have what it takes to make any changes with Castle...He's just
putting $$$$ away in off-shore accounts for his next business..............
 








When explained the experiences and actions of Castle Medical to my attorney they immediately had the opinion that Castle is broke an hard up for money. They talk constantly about how much cash flow they have. I didn't see it when I went on my tour. Really not a problem for me I don't care. I just want the opportunity that Castle Medical promised me. It takes more than 90 days to get a territory up and running in medical sales. Anyone who has been in medical sales knows this. Those of us that have some solid experience in medical sales management know exactly what we are observing and not observing.how you conduct yourself as a company.

I think it's possible to give you a second chance to learn from yor management mistakes Castle. It's not a problem, the next 30days will tell the whole story about you and verify this site and all that has been said or I it will exonerate you. It up to you Castle.
Until then, I would say your whole sales force is holding their breath and filling out those resumes and going to job interviews. That's not 100% Castle
