Now medical affairs is about to get fattened up with a layer of franchise leaders at the top. Throwing a bunch of pontificating airbags at the top instead of finding qualified gbmds isnt going to fix what josemaria started. Do we think these franchise leaders will recruit competent gbmds or be a layer of yakkers. When will we ever learn what to do with medical affairs. Why cant we just hire some expert who knows medical affairs to fix our medical affairs. The trickle down medical affairs solution will fail. How are these armchair leaders going to do the work when their workerbees cant even spell gma.

Medical Affairs. Phfft. Another do nothing worthless division that will tell everyone how F'n important they are. Not. A bunch of r*****s running around trying to make themselves important at conferences - but don't mean shit to anyone.
