Too big to fail

When you combine a company like rotech with government contracts and secured capped patients with a corrupt judicial system, you have a company that will not be allowed to fail.
That's why I give thanks every day that I was wise enough to see this several years ago when I was a CSR, and then jumped on the opportunity to become LCM.
And therefore as the company goes, so also do I.
My advise. Follow the book to the letter. That is your concern.........not revenue.......not integrity.......nor friendship or anything else.
Rotech will see you through all the way to retirement.

Their check isn't bouncing on payday though. :)

That's about the only good thing about working for them. What about the crappest health insurance around, no pay raises or 1/2 a percent increase, pay reductions, the mental abuse you have to put up with, gas reimbursement that's horrible, the incompetent LCM's, AM, RM, the old outdated equipment, old outdated vans with 300,000 miles, the falsifying of paperwork... OMG the company is really bad, leave, find another job even if it's to work at Burger King. If your thinking of going to work for them don't, go work for anyone else but for Rotech!

You might be surprised at how many times they barely made payroll.

You can still cash that check though.

That is the bottom line for most hanging in there when there are no other jobs available in their area.

Besides there are plenty of other places of employment that can't make payroll. Rotech is not the only one trying to fight back to keep in business with all the Medicare changes and etc that attacks their bottom line.

US Govt has issues themselves.
