Tony Russo?

Stop trolling for dirt. You must work for him now, otherwise why would you give a crap. Stand up guy who develops and promotes his people, all you need to know.

Nice guy, but exactly how many people were promoted during his 15 years plus? I dont think any were. Lets keep it real please, no hating and no kool aid.

Well you have to first know how many wanted to be promoted, lots of folks just like being reps. That being said he is a straight up guy.

Yes, he is a good guy, but the poster he said tony "promoted" his people was really lying as no one has ever been promoted to anything from Tonys district. If the OP is the type that turns in sloppy or late paperwork, or does not like being held accountable for every penny on a expense report, he will not like Tony. No knock on Tony here, but you know how spoiled and complaining us drug reps can be. Any DM who makes us work for our paycheck, and holds us accountable, is a "micro-manager". Tony simply will not accept you having his name on a list because of your lack of motivation and professionalism. He is no nonsense, and no looking the otherway on anything. A true professional who expects you to be the same.

Well considering this question must be coming from someone within his new nutropin team, why don't you figure him out for yourself. He didn't promote really anyone during his prior gig but in the end did help those who were looking at new opportunities prepare and championed them to move forward. He expects you to do what you were hired to do, no more, no less. If you do it, he'll go to bat for you.

All very true. If you expect to collect your bloated check while doing your paper work late, and slacking, it aint gonna happen. If you are late for something, and cause his name or yours to appear on some "late list", you will be doomed. If you do sloppy expense reports, or try to sneak things in, you will be busted. It does not matter whether you are the best rep or the worst, your administrative duties are expected to be tight.

Agreed! He is your typical average bureaucratic manager who counts pennies, checks on expenses less than 20 dollars, forwards emails, reminds you of things. A nice guy but more concerned with house keeping, not being on a list, dotting the i's and crossing the T's. Doesnt offer much else and not much concerned with sales, analyzing sales, strategy. Not sure why we need DM's in the first place as they don't face customers, don't bring in sales, and just cost the company money. The DM #'s should be cut in half. Really not needed in my view.
