Tomorrow is the day when we get to huddle around our iPads and listen to the graduates from The Wharton School of Business deliver their version of the state of the company. We will hear about the amazing growth of Azstarys and how we have amazing marketing pieces to support our gallant efforts in the field. We will be told that we are the best in the industry and how we are building something special. A bonus plan will be unveiled that will rival a diophantine mathematical equation. At the conclusion of the call, we will have the pleasure of listening to all the Leads, Directors and other misfits thanking these corporate giants for their leadership, bravery and innovative vision. If all this success is palpable, can you explain why most of the sales force isn’t making a bonus? I didn’t think so…..makes me want to puke!

Maybe its because most of us were lured away from our previous employers at a ridiculous bump in salary and now its time re-coup some of that salary cost. They know they overpaid for us for the 2-3 hours of work we do each day. The cake walk is over.
