With the number of people being let go yesterday and so few comments posted is a tell tell sign that most reps have checked out. My prediction is between now and the end of the year a large number of reps will be leaving. The party is over.

How effective is it to market a drug that only is accessible in about 25% of us markets. We have literally shut down whole territories and regions of the US. So which is more likely, our mhc team gets us improved access in those markets or the mhc companies tighten the noose in existing markets? Time will tell.

It seems as if a majority of our business is coming out of 10 districts max. Then there is a severe dip. Has Andrew finished bushwhacking for new products yet?
