What are your thoughts on the meetings? Them?

Bottom line. The company had potential. until it changed derm half a dozen times. changed comission in pc too many times to count. changed commission in pain 6 times in 12 months - does anyone know what they are actually being paid on. hired and fired reps in less than 6 months in some cases - didnt you complain about how much it cost to hire a new rep- you could have doubled my salary if you would have not hired 10% of the people you have let go recently. "laid off" reps that had real sales momentum. oh and lets not forget that the numbers they pay on are inacurate or changed. these are all factual statement. what went wrong in 2010!!! HA! Too funny to answer. What happened to pay. my sales are A+, ask my docs or pharmacies, my pay is an F-. WTF. Its disgusting. What can wraser say to justify so many problems and so much wrongful treatment of its most valuable asset - people. I hope that the truth does come out.

Spot on brother - spot on. Numbers were definitely fudged. I don't THINK I got robbed blind, but I KNOW based on pharmacy reports that the numbers were off. Usually just enough to miss the next bracket on the bonus report. "Oh wow, 63 units... if you had just hit 65...." Yeah that Sh%@ got old quick.
