Waiting for whatever the Q3 payout will be. The Rx goals were way too aggressive and they had to rework the IC plan to at least give the appearance that they understood that after the fact. Q4 plan seems reasonable on paper but we are still in the process of launching in a crowded space with only some access. The MBO portion of our plan also looks good on paper but is based on targets selected for us, most of which we can’t access more than once per quarter. My manager said we need to call on these A-B targets and that’s that. I guess it’s more important to make calls than get get scripts from people we can access and get the business.
