Let's hope he's serious about what he said at the MVID National Meeting in Phoenix this past March. He says he's a simple guy that likes things to be run in a simple fashion. He made it clear that after only a few weeks on the job, he thought that the processes in MVID were more complicated than they needed to be. HELLO!!!! Why didn't the salesforce provide him with a standing thunderous applause? He was dead on! The salesforce spends more time drowning in emails, teleconferences, meetings and meaningless pilot programs than they do trying to get out in sell in the new MSVR world.

Rumor has it that he's getting really upset with how Alina and her DCO hires our running things or should I say ruining things in vaccines. Todd please toss these turds that have handicapped this division. Your instincts our correct. Understand it's not the salesforce that has created this analysis paralysis environment, it's the selfish corrosive leadership that has lead to this horrendous environment. If he tosses out at the top, the "Be Well" slogan might actually mean something to MVID for a change.

Todd Lyon must hold the record for activities assigned with no bearing on field productivity.
 












We heard from our director that Todd is reducing all of the emails the field gets and maybe shutting down some pilot grograms. Good start Todd. Now shut out Alina and her groupie directors and bring in some experienced vaccine leadership that won't overload the vaccine salesforce with activities that hinder selling vaccines.
 






Todd only sees what comes from corporate, not from DCO's, CTM's, MGAM's, point reps and lead reps. Performance and production is based on e-mail and MVX activity teamed with useless, redundant taskes and assignments that take up valuable time during the week and unfortunately the weekend. I believe Alina and her DCO's need to be relieved ( Keep Linda and get Chris back). Please send Tom Lyon to some third world county where he can talk about himself all day and since they would not understand him could tolerate it. TOOL!

Todd and Tom are complete opposites. Todd is is calm with previous sales experience. Tom is neurotic with little experience carrying the bag. I thing Todd will be smart enough to figure out what a fraud Tom really is. Have faith.

Tom Lyon does a good job of sucking up to Alina and making his reps miserable. Hopefully, Todd will figure out what the field already knows, Tom is a selfish control freak that doesn't have the mental capacity to handle the full vaccine portfolio. Linda Rooney or Chris Bianco would have been much better.

Chris is gone because he was from MVD. That is why it is so surprising that Phil is still around.

Those 3 were golden and why MVD became such a great place too work. Then along came the 3 stooges and everything fell apart and look where we are now.
