Epic disaster. Chris…. You seriously are turning into a zombie. BMS is zombie-esque. This place is pathetic & depressing. Sad at the lack of leadership.
does any one feel that their plan is that they have no plan?that was by far the worst town hall display I have experience in my 5 years at BMS. What a shameful performance. Gave us absolutely nothing, full of meaningless buzzwords. They do not care about our well-being and I totally believe they want people to quit voluntarily to avoid paying severance. Could not have been worse.
I have always thought this, ominous emails, keep people thinking you’re going to be laid off, so that many just leave they don’t have to pay severance.I think this is all apart of the plan. Drag it out so people leave voluntarily.
Not sure I agree completely. Make them pay…. Never let it go. And yes, Chris & Lurch are the devils anu$Sometimes leaving of your own volition is the best thing you can do. Staying in a toxic environment, waiting to be laid-off just so you can get severance is a tough place to be mentally.
Great place to be mentally. Dont give a shit, check every box, and then know you will get a going away gift.Sometimes leaving of your own volition is the best thing you can do. Staying in a toxic environment, waiting to be laid-off just so you can get severance is a tough place to be mentally.
You guys are clearly low level employees who have no idea how this works. If this was the strategy, the best people leave first and the rubbish get left behind because they find it harder to find outside opportunities. This is precisely what the company does not want. There are many reasons why layoffs take time and clarity can only be given once everything is fully clear at exec level. There are many ways to minimise the cost of layoffs, but this isn’t one of them.that was by far the worst town hall display I have experience in my 5 years at BMS. What a shameful performance. You make the (false) assumption that BMS executives are rational and intelligent actors. Those of us who are "high level" know exactly what is being done and the harebrained leadership team behind it. This company is a sinking ship and the few remaining talented employees are frantically looking for an exit. No one with options wants to be part of this mess. We all see the writing on the wall and the garbage ELT has done nothing to change that. You guys are clearly low level employees who have no idea how this works.
