Here are the questions that didn’t get answered.
How long before the layoffs begin?
Will Sun be paying any severance?
To what increase will the TMs be harassed in 2020?
Will Sun make any attempt to match compensation at competitive companies?
(Nearly all have Xmas/New Years week off, most have 1/3 + more holidays off).
Who cuts your hair?
Is it hard to get navigate so many lawsuits?
Where can we all get information that lead to profitable trades?
Can we all count on support from India if we get indicted too?
 






How soon do we all expect layoffs to happen? I think they'll tell us on a Friday payday and we'd get one more check after that. I don't expect anything more.
They won't increase holidays. One good thing when FL was here he did take care of making sure people had time off to be with families.

Seriously ? Fran got people time off to be with their families ? You’re crazy.
Otherwise I agree with you. 2 weeks notice, max.
 






I dont think they would have to do layoffs. People have been leaving on their own. if anything id imagine they would just stop filling those roles when someone leaves
 












My thoughts are end of Q4 they'll look what territories are open, who else has resigned. Q1 PIPs go out for more than 1/2 of salesforce. They'll try to push as many out during Q1. Then they'll take open territories and start assigning accounts to those still in district to call on and not backfilling. I think they'll get rid of 1/2 salesforce and make territories bigger. I could be way off base but at Sun who knows.
Yeah I know it's a long shot but if they offered people a few months pay I can see people raising their hands to get out of here. My district is done. Everyone leaving, everyone despises RSM, and loyalty tank is on fumes. Good luck all. Life is too short to be miserable if you are.

Think any territories will be combined with the med derm division?
 


















Wonder why on call they didn't announce they are very soon going to pull commercials because no money left to keep airing it? Good commercial hate to lose it. I'll just enjoy watching all our competitors' commercials. How soon will salesforce be blamed for this one?

This is worse than sitting through long field ride with d**k of a manager while having bad case of hemorrhoids listening to him bitch about my teammates and his wife.
No DTC campaign on TV, wow that'll be helpful to us selling this drug against the 55 Skyrizi reps popping up everywhere with their Starbucks and bundt cakes like a bad rash.
