If Rep A works 35 hours a week and Rep B works 20 hours a week, who is really better off in the end?

Rep A works 15 extra hours a week at 45 working weeks a year. 675 extra hours compared to rep B a year.

Bonus payout. We know data integrity is a huge problem, but lets assume Rep A makes a average bonus of $28k/yearly

Rep B makes a below average bonus of $20k/yearly

$8000 difference.

$8000 /675 extra hours worked = $11.85 per hour

Would you give $11.85 an hour for a better quality of life? How much is daycare? Could you start a side business making more than $11.85 an hour? I hope so.

Short term reality only.

Bonus today is based on product sales.
Legally it has been determined reps sell nothing so bonus can't be based on product sales.
When reps go to hourly wages it will be a very different story.

I make $30 hour double dipping every afternoon

20 ? 35 Hours ?
Are you on drugs ?

10-15 hours weekly is the norm for my entire POD
unless you count shopping hair & nails as work hours

We just spread the sigz over an 6-8 hour day
the ones that are real anyway

You are correct. It doesn't matter because they lay off the best and keep the worse. This Summer will consist of much golf, kids out of daycare early, my own yardwork to save money, etc and all during the 9-5 hours. IMS issues have cost me much money in the past and they will not get any better. It is almost over anyway, so time to take advantage before I move on.
