Keep using cheesy images and catch phrases that make you feel clever, creative and bold.

Keep saying empty words like, “We hear you”, “We’re with you”, “We feel the stickiness”…

Keep telling yourselves that the people leaving aren’t talented and it’s their fault they left.

Keep expecting everyone below you to fix the culture your poor actions and lack of accountability for true leadership have created.

Keep avoiding critical feedback that comes in anonymous forums and sticking to the echo chamber of only positivity and feel good feedback.

Keep it all up, because your people are all silent quitting. There is no “extra mile”. There is nothing left but “what’s in it for me”, because that’s the behavior we’ve learned from you, our leaders that do not live/breath values and behaviors that equate to good culture. You have failed us, our customers and our patients by being absolutely TONE DEAF to what it takes to lead a company to do great things.

Agree 100% here. People are quiet quitting and this culture sucks.

100 % accurate on all accounts. Novartis is in a class by itself when it comes to poor leadership and toxicity.

Underneath the sycamore tree
Cupid by the hour sends valentines
To my sweet lover and me
Slowly but surely
Your appetite is more than I knew
Sweetly, softly
I'm falling in love with you
Wish me love a wishing well, to kiss and tell
A wishing well of butterfly tears
Wish me love a wishing well, to kiss and tell
A wishing well of crocodile cheers, sing

Beautifully said, there is no mutual respect at Novartis. I’ve been in the industry for 25 years and I have never experienced a general session where people were booing and laughing. Also, why did CV leadership not want Des to speak during general session?

This is Novartis leadership at its finest. It’s the same talking points from Vas, MF, and leadership teams around the globe. If the the shareholders only new how bad it is…

If the shareholders knew, they wouldn’t care either. Novartis is so out of touch with reality. Both with their customers, and their people. Nothing matters but the stock price. It’s all shrouded by the false impression that they care about the patient.

"Cares about the stock price" the company cares, but they can't hire competent enough leadership to actually make it appreciate. Losers top to bottom. If they were worth a shit they wouldn't have needed to sell the Roche stake, sell Sandoz and fire 11k+ people to keep it stable. Absolute trash leadership.
