To my manager:

Please be up front with me and tell me the truth regardless of what you have been instructed to do.

For my family's sake, please don't make me the last to know so I work for you till the bitter end and then I have had no time to look for another job.

I have worked very hard for you and this company so please don't lead me into a false sense of security because you don't want to have the burden of an empty territory.

Please don't lie to me and say you don't know anything. Please have my best interests at heart instead of just your own personal gain.

Blawhahahahaha, sorry but your manager wants to hold on to you (or rather your territory) to the bitter end. If too many reps from your district quit and territories are collapsed then the possibility of he or she losing their district increases. This is about over, cover your ass yourself.

I know why you posted this and the understandable sarcasm comes through. The last idiot that replied to your post, well, let's just say it went over their head. We all know the majority of the managers won't tell the truth to their reps, but maybe a few will have the balls to do it.
