I hope you guys can find some peace. Virbac has awesome products, and veterinarians love them and rely on them. It's sad that management has lost its way and that politics have become the core competency of Virbac. But time will work that out, especially since the products are good and continue to sell, in spite of the inner angst of the company. It's too bad that there is no internal training program to help groom internal talent for growth. Human pharma reps, while good at selling, don't understand the industry like those of you who have worked your territories for years and have built long lasting relationships with the people in those clinics. And it's also too bad that Virbac is so concentrated on parasites and forgetting about their legacy products, which made them who they are and why they are so established. I wish all of you much success and truly hope you can find some happiness either while you're at Virbac or wherever your future endeavors take you. I know I enjoyed my time with you!

We can only hope that she will be let go as well as the person who hired her, and sooner is better than later.
