To hiring managers: Very curious to know...

The pharma industry has always been so conservative and possessing a huge concern regarding the company reflecting positively to physicians and prescribers..
But here's my question...How in the world do you guys reconcile hiring when required to hire LGBTQ when at the same time, you see the image of single women over 34 being a huge negative as they fall into a more conservative category?
There seems to be this huge irony there.

Are you saying the single women over 34 are all LGBTQ?

That’s something to think about.

No. Single women are NOTusually LGBTQ. That's my point.

Is Conservative code for “White Boys”?

I think more tax credit is being offered for companies willing to hire LGBTQ as compared to hiring a women unless the woman is in a minority class… even then, hiring LGBTQ probably offers more tax benefit for the corporation.

It's interesting how leftists cherry pick history, whether it be that of a nation or a company, and distill it down to some victimhood narrative. They do this while isolating on fictitious and delusional persecution of said "group" while completely abandoning all context of the situation.

Here we have a company that has been one of the most successful in its industry for many decades, and some idiot is rambling about its Caucasian employees who were "guest trainers" (as if no other company has ever seen this type of thing before)

I guess they are done complaining about Columbus day (which rightly or wrongly led to the development of the greatest and most prosperous nation on earth). Complain, complain complain. What loathsome and poisonous people these must be. Every day is some form of self loathing victim story.

The poster needs excuses for their failure, own lack of success...so they blame it on racism
