To Bitter Former Employees

To all you former AIT employees who are bitter because you were let go for helping run this company in to the ground. All I can say is that you should've been canned a long time ago. It's because of all of you that this company is in the shape that it is. So quit being a bunch of babies and move on with your lives. Wait you can't? Oh, right, it's because now that you're gone you realize how good you had it and how you were over paid for your piss poor performance. Funny how when money stops growing on trees that the truly responsible ones are those that are left. Grow up and move on!

Really? Those that were "canned" were the ones that drove this company into the dirt? Let's look at who was recently "canned"... How about the HR department? They were the largest group to date...

How did the HR department accomplish this company's demise? Were they the ones that over-valued the company and then sold us to Dr. Evans as an ESOP? Were they the ones that built a new building on borrowed money that we now can't pay back? Were they the ones that ignored the revenue model until it was too late? Yeah... Let's blame HR for those decisions... better yet, let's blame the marketing, sales, or I.T. people for them.

You're a vapid stooge for seriously believing line employees would bring this place down. Consider this; if line employees brought this company down, what does it say about the executives that remain? Were the executives that blind and/or stupid to know what their staff was doing? Either way, it reflects more poorly on the execs that remain than it does on the line staff that was fired.

Cut to the chase… You and I know that you're just trying to save face. And I pity you. I see through you and realize that you're just doing what you're told. I know who you are and why you're doing this, and it's sad. Why? Because you're just saying this so you can collect a check.

Go back to your master, you sad little dog. Go back and get your measly check. Enjoy it while you can... you have no other marketable skills to rely on.

You have no pride, ethics, or self respect. You truly belong at AIT.

So, you're blaming the employees for the failure of this company instead of the "leaders"?

Nice try, HR!

You get a D- in Propaganda 101.

Your turn... Who will you try to blame next (other than yourself)?

I would use the word surprised! Surprised the company is not bankrupt. Surprised anyone still works at AIT.

WOW....SOMEONE else drinking Doc's company kool-aid!!! Best day of my life was leaving this pathetic, dysfunctional company!!!

Sad part is there is NO ethics or integrity of any exec's there!!!

This poster was recently released from a mental institution after chemical and electroshock treatments utterly failed. Sadly, it has been repeatedly shown that delusions of adequacy are congenital, and nothing helps. This person's therapist may have suggested it might be helpful to roundly condemn others, particularly intelligent and decent people, in order to try and build at least a semblance of self worth. Good luck, babe, you sure are going to need it.

If all of us former employees were so powerful that we could have possibly run the company into the ground, then believe me, we would have used that same power to can all of the former execs who were ignoring all of the signs that things were not rosy in third party payer world and with the clients.

Blaming employees for ruining a company when the executives are to blame is pathological, pathetic, and the typical response of impotent leadership. Nice try - hope you current execs and managers can find jobs after AIT closes. And by the way, many of us are making more money in our new jobs. So much for being being "over paid for your piss poor performance." In fact, I received very positive performance reviews every year while I was at AIT, thank you.

And by the way, why are there so many jobs still open? I guess word is out about AIT - nobody wants to work there.

LOL! I bet you might even believe some of that! Nice try, HR.

Here's a company that lies to its staff, fires people with stellar performance reviews, offers zero severance to those laid off, continually cuts employee benefits, and is completely in debt over its ears at the employees expense (since it's an ESOP). And you're talking about the "truly responsible ones" being left?

You're correct. The ones that are left are "truly responsible"... They're truly responsible for running this place into the dirt, and it shows. No one wants to work there. The talent leaving is much better than the talent that's coming in. Everyone knows current leadership is a joke and that they're just cleaning house so they can sell it.

A lot of good people used to work at AIT, I can think of a long list. Funny thing is, all of those people are just as, if not more, successful now than they were at AIT. What does that say about AIT? It shows that the best minds have left and now you're just stuck with "yes men" who are afraid to think for themselves and line employees who are otherwise unmarketable.

Yeah, have fun being "responsible" there.

AIT still retains a few individuals in the lab that know what they are doing as they are seasoned scientists. After those few, the dropoff is huge!

It's because of all of you that this company is in the shape that it is.

Really? Which of the former employees that you're referring to was responsible for:

Deciding it was a good idea to sink several million dollars into starting AIT Bio only to have them siphon money off of us for 4 years... while not even bringing in enough to cover their rent... let alone their salaries... let alone investment costs.

That chose to ignore the looming CMS price cuts that hit the market a couple of years ago. The same cuts that AIT is still reeling from and are unable to adjust to due to their own lack of planning.

That forgot to cancel the lease on Director's Row, so we're still stuck paying rent on an empty building.

Funny thing... The person, and most of the management team, that made those calls are the ones still there.

Cast blame all you want. Just go grab Dr. Evans and his "leadership" team first. Take them all, stand them in front of a mirror, and then repeat your initial statement. That's where the blame squarely lands. Their ineptitude and hubris brought this company down. They claimed to be "leaders". They only lead when it was easy. When times got hard, they hid.

That's not a leader. That's a coward. Cowards and liars run your company now. Inept, vapid, liars and cowards.

Good luck with that.

A new VP of Sales and Marketing is in town now. He has eleven sales positions and one inside sales representative position to get filled. Those positions have been open for a looooong time.

Top line, bottom line...that was a joke!!! Get a sense of humor. That is all that is left anyway. Of course, anybody who knows anything about anything, knows that there is a HUGE difference in top line and bottom line. What is the point of sales if there are no profits??? Is the cost structure too high? It is time to pay for the lack of business acumen demonstrated when corporate had 10 jobs for every field sales person, and expanded during a time of contracting reimbursement. It would make a perfect case for Harvard Business Review! If you are a former employee, get a life. If you are a current employee, produce or get out. Simple as that.

I have a sense of humor... The problem is your "jokes" suck.

Did you figure that out all by yourself? Wow! Are you saying that there's a difference between gross revenue and profit? Wow! You must be in leadership at AIT! I bet you even got an online MBA. You had to in order to assume that what you just said was somehow illuminating.
If you are a current employee, produce or get out. Simple as that.
Then you really should be leaving. Seriously... You're as sharp as a turd... and you probably smell worse... and are envious of a turd's good looks and brain power.
