It stinks. I know the exact feeling because two years ago, I got that phone call. Top performer, award winner, loved by my coworkers and manager. None of it mattered. You’re just a statistic to the clowns at ZS. You’re going to be angry, sad and nervous all at the same time. It’s ok. But you have to move on. Don’t sit there wondering why it was you and not so and so. It does you no good. Take a moment, catch a breath, and move on. Your life has the potential to be so much better. Since 2017, my base salary has grown significantly and my stress is down. There’s life after Takeda, and you will be fine. Keep your head up and your attitude positive...and best wishes to all of you.

This “alignment” makes no sense. Thanks for trying to be positive. In spite of what a select few assholes on this message board are trying to put out there, there is life post Shire/Takeda and most of us genuinely empathize with those cut. It could have naitbas easily been any of us

Can’t wait for all the “opportunity” in “Rare Disease”, and how about the BS statement of “its just home office- that will be affected” we did not believe you managers by the way lying to our faces like we are F’ing morons, you think you are so much smarter. Guess what ? You are not. We just lie to you back. You suck. You know who you are. Karma is a bitch and it just paid you back - your territories suck too. Ha ha ha.
 








I have KILLED myself for years establishing office relationships and you guys just f$c$d me over. Working like a dog for what? So you can move me 2 hours away? Why aren’t your Cresset numbers higher? Because you are going to do a lay-off this year and I will be cut or displaced - THATS WHY —
