They should close down both locations (Somerset & Elkton) and find one centralized mega campus location in Delaware. Corporate HQ and Ops need to be joined together at the hip and w/one another at all times.
Big boys need to be at work in person and not working remote from across the country (pre-covid).

We live in 2022. Companies don't need to be all at the same physical location any longer. For the past 2 years working from home has been excellent. It is better on the employees, better on the environment and better for the company and most importantly it is better for the patients. There is no business rationale to relocate everyone to a central place and it ignores the fact of losing the talent who doesn't want to live in Delaware.
