Titling / Gcf levels

It seems my level is not same as it used to be in Horizon. My GCF is titled as level 4... And per communication, we have to fill in timesheets everyday including lunch.. WTF??

Everyone in my district was brought in as a level 6. We are on Krystexxa side. I was told next year, we might get moved to level 7 to account for a higher salary and bonus structure. But that hasn't been 100% decided on.

Tepezza side is a level 5 with no talks of increasing.

How is the Krystexxa team a higher level than the RARE DISEASE TEP team? Not to mention that PAL’s are a level 6 as well!?!

You'll need to get in line behind GCC to file any grievances. Heard management lies and covers up hr concerns, even at the highest levels. Voice concern and management will hint at a potential restructure, resulting in ridding those who speak up. Fear, intimidation, and retaliation tactics widespread here, so just learn to deal with it.
