Titantic of a Company

I copied this from another thread. I think it says it all.

"If you are on top of the sales force, you are holding a first class ticket on the Titantic. If you know what's good for you...you should be heading for the life boats and looking at your options with other companies. Companies are always willing to hire top performers, especially from JNJ. If you are holding a second class ticket on the "Titantic" (Thus not in the top 20%) well...we all know what happened."

The leadership of this company is like the string quinet. They will keep playing lovely music even as the ship is sinking. You better hear the warning sounds.

Hey, that sounds just like the Titanic movie with Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet.

"...And you're here in my heart, and my heart will go on and on.."

What a beautiful movie.
