Tired of the Company

Is anyone else tired of working for Ista? I don't know what it is but lately I have been very unmotivated to work hard. It seems like those who are over performing and want to get promoted get passed up for someone outside the company and the opportunities here for advancement are very lacking. Those who are underperforming simply hate it here and those in the middle of the pack are looking for other jobs.

The DM's here need to be less interested in our moral situations and more in tune with our needs as people. If I see or hear of one more rep being lectured about his/her behavior or what they said to someone in home office and how it could jeopardize their career I'm going to say something to the DM or RD. I'm sure they have skeletons in their closet they don't want coming out. We need to have our leaders more focused on sales not what's going on behind closed doors. Give us a break.

By the way, thanks for the awesome merit increase. If people at this company were truly concerned about people leaving you would think they would put more emphasis on paying those they want to stay around. Obviously they don't care.

Maybe KH and MS can leave us a silly little giggly voicemail from training to get us motivated again. Just think, these are our future leaders.
 






if you dont like it quit and find a new job, im sure there are a million companies that woudl like a person like you.

If not suck it up, reset yourself, and find enjoyment that you have a good job with many perks that other companies dont offer.

Also you generalizing that everyone thinks like you it just stupid. There are many people here that are happy with their jobs and enjoy working hard building a company
if you dont like it go work for someone else and let the rest of us enjoy ourselves

KH or MS just got slammed after helping interviewing recently...
 




































The reason KH and MS got slammed is they dont know their a** from third base. Maybe the worst training dept I've seen in 10 years in business. They reps are unprepared in the field after training
