If you do not have something positive to say about B+L or its management do not post on this site. We are one big B+L family trying to heal from the changes of last year. If you do not agree with the layoffs, changes or Valeant's business model posting on this site will just cause unnecessary anxiety and anguish. If you have predictions of what may happen in the future at B+L do not post either. Why guess when you do not know what is going to happen.

Only Happy, Happy Posts. Controversy, disagreements, anti-Valeant posts, informational posts etc. not allowed. The only complaint most of us have is that Valeant didn't do enough to dismantle the completely dysfunctional, overreaching, omnipotent Quality empire that's keeping B&L in the stone ages. There's 10 months remaining in the year. Maybe Valeant will wake up and recognize the enormous strangle hold this group has on the business.
 






OP, you are so right. I do not know what kind of weirdo's are posting on this thread-uncalled for and quite juvenile-hopefully the people who we're let go, because I would hate to think these people work with us-
 






We dont work there any longer...we got out and refused to work for a tyrannical bunch of scum....
We have better jobs in a real company that won't be diving over a cliff anytime soon...
Meanwhile those of you who took the valeant dollar I wish all the best...keep dreaming and fooling yourself that there is a future at valeant...
Remember, B+L staff had good reputations and are wanted by other companies...Valeant people are not wanted by other companies in case they assume the same morals and ethics, so get out before you have Valeant years on your resume.

Same person who got canned (they were probably on their way to being fired anyway). Obviously can not get a job anywhere. Piss poor attitude. Never has anything nice to say. Can you imagine crawling in bed with "it"? Haha! Not me-would kill myself before being around someone who always sucks the life out of every situation.

For people who claim to have new jobs with great companies you certainly are stuck on B & L's board. If you hate Valeant, why aren't you posting there instead of here against your friends at B & L? I seriously doubt Valeant's upper management is trolling these boards-they really don't care what you think. It's pretty apparent, no one at B & L likes what you are posting. If you are happy in your new job, why are you still here? It's not your concern for us, more obviously the crazies in your head that make you think you are the only person the thus earth who knows anything. You have anointed yourself ruler of the boards and tried & tried to get us on board. As other posters have diligently pointed out: it's been a year. We are okay with our situation . If we are not, we are looking for something else; we are more mature about it as we don't see the need to take our anger and shortcomings out on those we used to work side-by-side with.

Milk it is the best choice. It has worked for plenty of folk in B+L for years :)
