There will be TIP paid out. After all, if no TIP is paid out for the rank and file, Dougie, Robin, Glenn and Jim won't get to line up at the trough either. They will jerry up the numbers and make absolutely certain a TIP is paid out. Doug's membership at Strawberry Creek is pricey. Gotta find a way to pay those dues.

I heard small. Last year was 200% above goal. This year is more like 50%. Don't expect much. At this point something is better than nothing. Merit will be based on reviews and I wouldn't expect as much as in the past. Keep in mind we aren't guaranteed any of these things.

Pricey? are you kidding me. This is the lowest budget club I have ever seen. $3500 initiation fee. That's less than a bonus check for a rep, and that get you free golf.

I don't believe you. We always get great merit pay increases compared to other co's in the industry and our TIP and LTIP is always a good surprise for me. The last few years I didn't even expect to get a TIP or LTIP and they were fantastic.

I don't know how we keep pulling the wool over the eyes of Japan, but we do it. Hell, this year might be the best LTIP EVER!!! It seems the poorer we do the better we get paid.

Like many have stated on this board: I LOVE IT HERE! I ain't leavin' till they fire me.

Hey, now that alo has been denied by the FDA AGAIN, I bet we get the best TIP and LTIP EVER!! Gotta hand it to our executive management team. The more we screw up, the more we get paid.
