Timeline from offer?

Hi,

I just accepted an offer from Lilly for employment, does anyone have an idea of what the timeline is like from turning in an offer letter or what the next steps would be?

Yes....the time line is you will be hired the second week of January 2012. Once you are trained and comfortable with your job, they will outsource it to some other company. Once placed on reallocation…. you will have exactly 84 days to find another job that does not exist.


I understand it is rough out there….but I would not stop looking for another job once you are hired. Lilly is short term at best.
