Wolfgang, your company is burnt toast. Time to offer your company up for sale. Maybe BPL or Biotest as possible suitors. You gave it a go and came up woefully short. Bite the bullet, exit stage left!

No one should want this POS company. Anyone who bought it would have some of the most non-compliant, worst trained, high risk centers in the U.S. Most of the centers that used to be IBR went down-hill even further than one would think imaginable in such a short period of time. They are not audit-ready. Octapharma has no idea how to manage a plasma company -just plain daft they are. They were ill-prepared to grow so fast and took on insufficient staff to maintain. They have dodged bullets during audits. In the past, there were a few persons who were very good at remediating centers to pull them from the brink and skillfully shift focus of auditors using subterfuge and slight of hand. A couple of these people remain but not enough to save the ship. There have also been some stupid, inexperienced or just plain lazy auditors recently. Park one good - motivated auditor in a couple of centers and watch the mushroom cloud grow. The fallout of which will likely be the demise of the company. The colour of Wolfgang's face should certainly be something to behold at that juncture. - cheers.
