Everyone is at risk including Reps but I am going to wait it out and see who buys us then make the call whether to start applying elsewhere...resume is ready though.

If the company has synergies to Vision Care or Pharma and you work in Rochester look for a potential 50% layoff. At 10 billion the new company will need to save as much money as possible to pay for the deal and your salary may be the one that is needed to balance the books.
