Why keep all of the Managing Directors? They are not needed. Look at KP and CM that live in Memphis, they both have been with company 25 years and run HR. Why are they still here? I would think they are going to cost the company big bucks.

The managers keep asking us what we are going to do to try to make our goals for this sinking ship. they don't have any ideas for us they just want us to make these goals that are totally crazy. What about the brand team what do they do??????
