Time to be brave...

Get out. Go find something that makes you happy. Explore. Fix up your resume-dare yourself. There is no point in waiting, whining, wishing, worrying...it really doesn't matter in the entire view of it all. Don't allow yourself to say, "I should have" or "I wish I could have" You are much better than you think you. You deserve the best, you just have to go get it. Be confident. Be bold. Move on. Move out. Move up. You can do it. It's time to be brave. Go find what will make you happy.

Time to be brave... looks like a lot of AAH employees are getting brave and smart! Another organizational announcement today...they keep coming, and coming, and coming.

More brilliance. Pushed back the new hire class for weeks. Ended up only having 2 sales reps and 2 inside sales people to train. Well, then make use of your time. Get them in there and train the hell out of them. Even though the new trainer has zero training experience. Nada. So what do they do on day 3? They have them making revitacam kits! Ha ha ha ha! Run people! What a gd waste of time. They don't get enough real training as is. Nothing to prepare them for the reality of the veterinary industry. Set up to fail. Don't worry though new hires, you will get a severance package like everyone else.

You people seriously need to grow up! How can you possibly be so bitter towards a company? Business is business - if you are expecting everything to mold to your ridiculous expectations, you should probably go back to college and learn the way that a business actually functions.

For the person that is slamming the new trainer...are you insane? Do you not know how much experience he has, and far he has grown up the AAH ladder over the years? He has worked his butt off to get to where he is. If ANYONE deserves that job, it is him. I cannot think of anyone better to set expectations for our new reps. He is a class act and always has been.

For the people complaining about the change...first, you want change. But when you get it, you complain about that. Clearly, nothing about AAH will ever make you happy, so just MOVE ON.

oh my...

i used to work here and am dying to know who this new trainer is and how he managed to "climb so far up AAH's magical corporate ladder" ?

c'mon - let us "former" AAH-ers in on the information
