Time range for severance package? When will notice be given?

Psychiatry nation: thoughts or rumors when 1) the notice will be given of the layoff? And 2) how much severance package will be?

My prediction: 4mos sev, cut Dec 31

When the Lunesta team was let go, here is what the severance packages were--
Reps--18 weeks
DM's--26 weeks
Unsure of RD positions and higher. I think they may have gotten a year.

Did not matter how much time with the company one had.

I predict we’ll hear in January. The judge’s final decision will come in the end of December. HR will need time to assemble packages.

I have a feeling they already have it set up ready to go on whatever the decision will be. At the POA meeting, they said, all the strategies were in place on the outcome of the trial. If it goes bad, I don't think they will waste any time letting us go. If it goes good, then there will be a huge ramp up into 2019. I hope for good news but I have been in this industry too long to know better...
