Time for Sober Serious Leadership

Please Dave Ricks,

Regarding the Early Show, stop the silly cute crap.

Learn from the best like Warren Buffet and Charlie Munger at Berkshire Hathaway.

Sober, serious, congruent with who you are. Just be comfortable in your own skin and apply wisdom.

Tired seeing leaders contort as shape shifters trying so hard to be cool and accepted by culture warriors who will never accept or like you.

Never have been a big fan of Dave. But seriously, lighten up and give the guy a break. The scoreboard is looking good for Lilly right now, and there is nothing wrong with attempting a short touchdown dance every once in a while. Even if you can't dance.

Are you kidding, ever see this stiff on CNBC? If it’s internal stuff in Lilly organization, he’s probably bowing in fear to the woke generation. He’s like every other corporate CEO trying save himself from DEI head hunting going everywhere.

Stay the Phuck out of politics and any social justice crap! Just plain stupid to bring religion and politics (the new religion) into the marketplace.

We are in pharmaceutical business of healthcare.

Great example to use an organization that has been fined for racial discrimination. You’re a fucking idiot.

If Dave can keep the stock above $400, he can host a weekly drag show at Reveli and I could care less, although I will avoid Reveli those days. This is a free market economy where companies can do what they believe is best for their business, then reap the rewards or punishment (Bud Light). Funny thing is that the GOP won the war of ideas on this point, then threw it all away when Democrats started agreeing with them.

Agreed, run Dave run…. keep the profits and stock rolling!

Leave the DEI and politics alone, third rail!

30 Second MBA…. Go Woke = Go Broke!

Case Studies in Woke Failure:
1. Disney stock collapse and recent continuous movie failures.
2. Bud Light debacle and financial $$$$$$ losses for Anheuser-Busch.
3. Sports Illustrated is finished laying off entire staff!
