Hey Len, don't you think its time for a retention bonus for all of CV? We have been put through a lot of crap, most of which was never disclosed to us until we were in the middle of it--hmmm, lawsuit, possible injunction. You put a lot of money into training the CV team, now do the right thing in order to keep people in place!
 






Lol! You CV reps are absolutely worthless! Can't sell, don't understand biologics, did I mention cannot sell! Y'all need to crawl back into the hole you were brought out of! The entire industry knows how F***ed up the sales force is! No recruiter in their right mind will even attempt to recruit you all and you know it! The smart reps bailed a long time ago! You are the trash that is left over and you have the audacity to ask for a retention bonus!!

Len is a man of his word and he thinks you are all overpaid, order-takers. This is a war of attrition, get used to it. Those with talent and judgment have and will continue to leave. Those who are left at Regeneron will be let go on the cheap. All that crap about culture and being a great place to work is just the bs that they spew out when they are trying to deceive you during the hiring process. Time to let it go Queen Elsa.
