Time for a Change in Leadership

Hans and Mitch failed us and they totally lost any credibility both inside and outside. Our stock price has fallen to $7.50 from $28 since Hans joined us.

They lied to investors and jacked up the price to $54 so they could cash out. Now the realty has set in and the stock is down to $7.50 from $54.

The launch was a total disaster and the numbers prove that. Hans totally failed to show any direction and now we are in this mess. Hans did not listen to the advice of many of us who warned him in many ways about his projections. Those projections were deliberately shown to the investment community so the stock price could be falsely inflated for someone like Mitch who made millions of dollars.

Hi,

This is Mitch...

And this is Hans...

We may have screwed things up, but at least we got rich.

Thanks to all of you who did, and continue to do, things to make us rich while we drove this company into the ground.

We'll come clean now...that stuff that it's all about the patients is a bunch of bull...it's all about US, that's why we brought RR on board, so he could get rich too and help us completely destroy this place! That's the only thing we've been on target with.

Keep up the hard work and keep thinking its about the patients, even though we told you otherwise. Realize what The Street has realized...you can't believe anything we say.

Check this board to see how many people here warned Mitch about Hans ever since he joined the company. Hans turned this company over to an arrogant ass such as Hans who knew Jack about the sales. He was let go only after he did the damage.

How could the sales projections by Hans be this far off before the launch? What happened to those many years of sales/marketing/launch experience he was supposed to bring on board?

Why did Hans and Mitch - just a few months before September of 2011 - tell the investors during a call that the original sales projection was on track while knowing that the numbers were way off? Do you know how much that statement will cost us in court when lawsuits are settled?

How could it be possible that the reimbursement issue was not considered by Hans before the launch?

How could it be possible that the reaction of the medical community was not considered or analyzed before the launch?

Make no mistake, Mitch Gold and Hans Bishop were well aware that the 2011forecast was not achievable. Brian Pelkowski, Chris Boerner, market research, et. al. all warned these guys that 400 million in sales not even remotely possible. What makes this even more hideous is that they knowingly lied to the investment community and used smoke and mirrors to deflect the fact that the uptake for this product was tepid at best.

Hey Mitch, it's time for your Brioni prison suit.
