If it wasn't this woman it would have been someone else. The diagnostic testing industry ia archaic with little innovation from the major labs. I hope she succeeds for the patients and doctor's. Healthcare spending will go down as a result which is great for the PATIENT.

This is an exciting game changing company. Negative posts? Only because Theranos knows they can make money on Medicare less 50%....The big box guys can suck on that a while...

Diagnostic testing makes up only 3% of healthcare spending. Pharmaceuticals, diagnostic imaging, surgeries, and hospital stays make up most of healthcare spending. With the latter being the biggest culprit. This is a good thing Theranos is doing but it only is a small piece of the pie as far as overall healthcare spending goes.
