The biggest mistake Vasella made was to get rid of James....replacing him with Trevor who did a massive blunder in Development....

who of them is going to jump ship first?
 












It is not a good sign, Trevor from TS, now replaced by someone else who is clueless about Development - watch the value of our pipeline shrink as the mistakes continue, more NDAa with insufficent safety data, more modeling instead of real patient data, more resourced starved departments putting patients at risk - just think what Trevor did to Drug Supply Management, its now None Drug Supply Management. He has also left us with the bubby trap of out sourced data management and moving towards outsourced ICRO - clearly someone who has no idea of the complexity of conducting a phase III program. With Tim at the helm, things can only go from bad to worse, you read it hear fear, more poor audit findings, more 0 -10 results at advisory committee meeting - "cheat & cheerfully" development will be the watch words at Novartis, as long as your saving money yopu will keep your job, quality - don't bother with that - DE & JJ - together you are destroying Novartis as an ethical Pharma company - quick and dirty should be our new moto

Don Johns is in survival mode indeed, he's put on weight recently. Some of his direct reports do give him a major headache. Looks like there will be some cuts pretty soon.
