Who are the East RSMs?
That’s a general concern is that he is not from
biologic space and is now an ASD for biologic therapy and that’s a huge leap? Not discounting his prior success in specialty derm but I’m adopting a wait and see approach with Pete.

Either you are a company kool-aid drinker and or have no idea who the real Pete is.
Tyrant, vindictive, BULLY!!
Forget resignations. Pete will get rid of majority of people to put “his” people who he was pissed off didn’t get to interview for Tildra team. He will make your life a nightmare if he wants you out even if your doing well, it’s who he is.
He has carried a chip on his shoulder against Tildra and now he is the ASD.
He has it out for two districts already so watch your back folks and document everything. He will ask for your calendar (which if you are working & doing job no problem) and would randomly walk in on lunches without any care about rep, offices’ policies, nothing. He is one of those “caught you” guys.
Leadership by intimidation and harassment = lawsuit.

If he’s about intimidation, Sun should have taken him over more quickly, because that’s the Sun culture.
