Tier 2 health plans?

Can anyone tell me what health plans have it on Tier 2 ?
If not, what might I end up paying on Tier 3 for a months supply of 10mg (60 capsules)?

Go to product website and click on "prescriber info" to get a US map- then click on state and then click on your plan to see where it is currently.
Unfortunately it does not tell you your co-pay by plan.
That would be a nice addition

Generally speaking, tier 2 is $30 and tier 3 is $50. No plan is going to put a branded pain med on tier 2.
