Good luck to Allergan sales reps when that actually happens. The Teva leadership team will micromanage and mismanage the living day lights out of anyone who doesn't worship the ground they walk on. They will make your life a nightmare until you get out of there. What started as a small pharma company turned greedy and downright evil. They will "layoff to reduce redundancies" after any and every acquisition.
