Base 120 + bonus 60 at plan

The comp plan has been changed every quarter for the last 3 years mainly because no one is making bonus except for a few.

Upper management has been a revolving door of leadership. Who knows where we'll end up.

Thyrogen is 15 years old and Afirma goals are unrealistic.
 






Good luck getting a high base. Most new folks are getting 80-90k. This used to be a coveted job in Genzyme. Now it's big pharma and big brother. Leadership ran the division in to the ground and did nothing to stop good people from leaving.
