Thugs in Bama, part 786

Well well no talking about the thugs in bama getting caught on their wilding spree? I am sure they will get it all cleared up in time for spring practice. Why no talk, why no outrage, oh thats right it is BAMA, it is expected there. If any of the ducks were caught J-Walking it would be all over the news and message boards. The only way the Bama kids would get any attention for breaking the law is if some misguided DA keeps them behind bars on a Saturday during football season.

Every ultra successful football program has thugs. Oklahoma and Miami in the 80's, Nebraska and FSU in the 90's, USC, Texas, Florida, Bama etc in the 2000's, etc etc. Just off the top of my head. It happens everywhere. If you think your school doesn't have thugs on the football team, your head is in the sand. I hate Alabama, but I bet Saban throws these dudes out on the street. He knows what he's doing.

HAH! Taken from the linked article above for all to read:

"Freshman linebacker Tyler Hayes, redshirt freshman defensive end D.J. Pettway and freshman safety Eddie Williams were each charged with two counts of second-degree robbery, and freshman running back Brent Calloway was charged with one count of fraudulently using a credit card.

Williams was also charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and was arrested on Sunday in a separate incident for carrying a pistol without a license."

Thanks for bringing my attention to this shit Original Anonymous Poster! HAH! Those southern boys just can't stay out of trouble, can they? First it's Arkansass, now it's Alabama! HAH! Goddamned criminals! Where do the coaches recruit?? From the state prisons down there in Dixieland??? HAH! :D

Where is BamaBoy??? He's silent as a damn church mouse, ain't he? If 4 Ducks were arrested for this shit it would have posted it days ago. But when the old shoe is on the other foot he runs and hides!!! HAH!

I think the NCAA should investigate and lodge sanctions against Alabama for running a RICO enterprise. Shit, 4 players is about 5% of the team roster!

How much shit does on at that school THAT WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT??? HAH! :D

I agree with the PP. Saban will have their collective asses, on the next Bus out of town. He already has better players to replace them anyway.

TUSCULOOSA, Ala. -- The University of Alabama has barred three football players from campus after their arrest on robbery charges.

University spokeswoman Deborah Lane said Friday the players are suspended from school pending a judicial review expected to be done by late next week.

Eddie Williams, Tyler Hayes and D.J. Pettway have been charged in separate robberies of two students on campus early Monday morning.

Court records show Williams and Hayes have admitted to the crimes.

But, but, but Oregon would have kicked them off campus sooner. So there.

I think it is absolutely deplorable concerning what those ex-players did. If they can't even step foot on campus then they are off the team for good.

Saban is receiving lots of shit from Auburn fans for not acting quick enough. Former Auburn Coach Gene Chizik kicked 4 players off his team for armed robbery the very next day of the crime two years ago. The Alabama players who jumped the innocent student did not have guns but a super fit football player with a bad attitude can be lethal.

What really pisses me off is dumb ass "bammer fans," who think these players deserve due process before being kicked off the team. The sidewalk alumni do not understand the difference between University Policy and Due Process.

Saban needs to kick Brent Calloway off the team (he is the player who used the student's credit card). Calloway has been nothing but trouble since he got to Alabama.

Just about every major college team in the country have thugs and young men of questionable character on their team. Every NFL team have thugs as well. Most of these major athletes don't come from upper middle class suburbia.

This is a major story in the press and on ESPN. I would say it has received more exposure because BAMA are National Champs again for the 3rd time in 4 Years.

Horseshit.

They WERE players when they committed the crimes. And just because there were barred from campus doesn't mean that they're expelled or kicked off the team permanently. Where did the article say that they were NO LONGER Alabama football players? Point that out to me.

And stop pointing fingers, Bamaboy. Most college teams don't have 4 known criminals on their teams. That's total bullshit. What a fucking lame deflection.

Just take responsibility for the lowlife scum sucking lawbreakers on The Tide. Stop projecting your failures onto others. Your SEC teams really have a BIG problem with recruiting criminals. I thought you folks followed the rules set forth in the Good Book? HAH. I guess you'd do anything to win a championship. If Charles Manson were a great QB and could run a 4.2 forty yard dash I bet Saban would recuit him too!!! HAH!! :D

Bitter, party of one.

I wonder how many of the Bama players are on the Alabama State Prison work furlough program?

Maybe after practice instead of Saban sending them back to the dorms he sends them behind the gym to a boulder garden where they turn big rocks into small rocks. heh.

If I ever visit Alabama I don't know what would scare me more. Encountering some toothless banjo pickin' degenerate sucking on a strand of straw with a pitbull on a short leash in a public restroom or getting lost around town at night and winding up outside the Crimson Tide campus gym wearing a gold necklace right after the evening football skull session adjourned.

The players are actually on work release. Saban hand picked him from the prison chain gangs. BTW, the players were kicked off the team. Only thing I find questionable is Coach Saban should have kicked them off the team quicker. The 3 who beat up the defenseless student confessed to the crime almost immediately.

Other than that keep on hatin! The "Criminal Tide," or some would say "Parole Tide," aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
