Thrombogenics thinks that the poor sales performance is due to the Quintiles sales force, and others believe its the "drug", so the question is which one is the cause of poor sales, the drug or quintiles?

there is no complexity to thrombogenics! the problem is no leadership. poor leadership.

You can find the answer to this yourself. Alcon is not blowing their sales numbers in Europe, are they? The sales force is the best in the game.

experienced reps, knowledge the retina, history of success....price of acquiring talent! not being a jerk but most reps were already in the ball park....

Lol many don't have retina, I can think of quite a few who barely have any ophthalmology experience and no posterior segment experience.
