How is Talecris promoting Thrombate to anesthesia providers without any anesthesia label? Wonder if the FDA is aware of this????

The indication is for people with low ATIII levels. The only way they can sell as much Thrombate as they do is "off label."

You are exposing yourself dumbass! This drug ain't worth shit in our portfolio, at our last CEM Thrombate made less than $30mil. The whole division barely made 50million! For a billion dollar company, you're actually firing off at the stepchild of this shithole company!
If you wanna talk off label look at Gamunex, our docs use it off label all day long. And it's the biggest load onboard this Titanic.
Besides, that joke of a division won't even survive the first round of layoffs because of low revenue. They can't even expand with full time reps!
I think you're one of the handful of people that they fired thru the years and there's only a few of you. So watch out, I have a feeling they know who you are with that def jam crap!

Besides, do you think the FDA would take any serious action on a drug making that small amount? Go try another thread or better yet work harder where you are!

I have sold Thrombate and Talecris did want us selling off label, they just make it very clear with aggressive quotas for growth and training on all off label uses. Anyone else interested in class action/ whistle blower activity?

If clear directions were given to sell Thrombate "off label", which I seriously doubt, did those instructions start at the top with Perkins? Do you have proof.
